Panthium looks to make controlling investments in smaller real estate backed opportunities, particularly in more complex and bespoke transactions. We pride ourselves on disentangling and underwriting complex transactions that would typically be too small for larger institutional investors to pursue. We acquire these opportunities using our own capital, or alongside passive financial co-investors.

Our unique advantage is the ability to bring best-in-class operating partners to work on transactions that would typically fall below their minimum size requirements, using our relationships developed through the Co-GP vertical to ensure institutional level acquisition and asset management techniques on smaller assets.
