Our Founder

Panthium was founded and is lead by Ivan Kuznetsov. With more than a decade of investment experience across various real estate classes and strategies working at firms such as Bain Capital Credit and Blackstone, Mr. Kuznetsov brings an institutional approach to investing in small and mid-cap opportunities.

Mr. Kuznetsov has lead and executed more than €750m in real estate backed transactions across a wide variety of real estate classes and strategies across Europe. Mr. Kuznetsov holds a BA in Economics from University of Cambridge and an MBA from the Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania.

Our Philoshophy

Panthium was created on the premise that there are significant inefficiencies in capital allocation in Europe. In particular, smaller investment opportunities and operators get overlooked or underpriced because capital is not nearly as mobile or sophisticated for smaller opportunities as it is for large-scale ones. We want to bring institutional style acquisition and asset management capabilities to bear on small-cap real estate, and allow the best in class operators to scale up and grow.
